No, Ch’p is not a demigod. He is awesome, just not that level of awesome.

See you next week!

PANEL ONE
DHUR: Seriously, I ain’t mowing all this!
SHONDELLA (off-camera): No one is asking this of you, Dhur, son of Dhoh.

PANEL TWO
CH’P: MOM?!

PANEL THREE
SHONDELLA: No, I’m not your mother, but I get that a lot. I look like every halfling’s mother when they first get here.

PANEL FOUR
SHONDELLA: Although, I am the mother of all halflings, so I suppose that’s accurate from that point of view.
CH’P: Shondella? I should probably fall to my knees now, right?

PANEL FIVE
SHONDELLA (off-camera): Not at all. I’m a pretty informal deity. *chuckle*
DHUR: Dude! That’s your mom? Your mom’s hot! Y’know, for a short chick.

It’s not everyday you get to make a pass at a deity.

DHUR: Dude! Don’t do it! We might never find you again!

DHUR: Y’know, ’cause: short?

Apparently, blasphemy mildly annoys Ch’p. ~.-

In fairness, Dhur isn’t blasphemies the goddess since she said she just looks Ch’p’s mom and he’s talking about how Ch’p’s mom looks like. The short may not even apply because she is taller than mortal halflings. So yeah, I think it’s more the snub at the half line race thing, or you know, the whole don’t talk or even think abou the my mom that way dude!
