Sometimes when I write, I hear the character’s voices in my head. Not in a crazy way (well, not entirely), but in a “gee, I wonder who would do the voice for this if it were animated?” kind of way. I wrote about this a while ago, but I just thought I’d let you know who I hear when I write for the lovely Carl Bitter-ore: Billy Bob Thornton, but ONLY as his character in Sling Blade. To the best of my knowledge, Carl does not possess any potted meat, um hmm.
