Prof. Tunny probably goes through a lot of interns that way; kind of how Murphy Brown went through secretaries...
Like everyone else in the world, my family and I are sheltering in place from this stupid virus. We're all healthy (so far!) and I hope you all are healthy as well.
One positive thing about this is that, via Zoom, I am now DMing with my game group back in CA! Didn't realize how much I missed it, but I did.
Stay safe, stay healthy, keep 6 feet away from everybody, and take care,
~Rob

Jaine’s potential response: Panel 1) grab the pin. Panel 2) right cross. Panel 3) turn and leave while muttering “Jerk.”
It took me 5 days but finally catch up.
I love meat shield. Keep it up.
This is when it turns out that the intern is a master bard playing a role themselves.
Or Dr. Tunny, covered by an illusion.
Or, to REALLY conspiracy theory it up, all THREE were an illusion set up by Dr. Tunny.
Predictions of Jaines first line in the next comic
1.(stutters in confusion)
2. “I feel so conflicted right now”
3. “sorry, what?”
Unfortunately, you may want to rethink the use of Zoom. It turns out that there are some serious security issues associated with it. ^_^;
Doing well so far. Fleshing out a Gnome wizard for 5th edition D&D that puts cursed items into dungeons. He does it for his own amusement as well as a source of income from cursed adventurers.
This strip feels like a series (as opposed to season) finale to MeatShield… Jaine graduated!
Here’s hoping the next chapter starts soon. After all, what will Jaine and company do now? Visit her mom? Or her dad? Go somewhere else?
Rob, just checking in to make sure you are ok. Been a while since we heard from you
I am still here. Check back this Friday. 🙂
