I'm pretty sure Becky knows how short the careers of most paladins are and the odds of collecting on any pension; she's just grousing right now.
I'll be taking the next two weeks off for the holidays, so in the meantime, Merry Christmas, Happy Hanukkah, Happy Kwanzaa, and Happy Holidays to any other holidays I may have missed. See you in 2017!

I am pretty sure paladins don’t get much in the way of a pension. I am fairly certain their earthly rewards are seeing a job well done and wrongs righted. Clerics and paladins tend to be nicely rewarded for their service after they enter the afterlife.

Twelve generations? That’s a long time, but how long? Dwarves are usually considered to be longer-lived than humans. If a Dwarven generation is about 83 years, then its about a thousand years.
