I see the Three Lost Masters always saying "At Your Service!" as being along the lines of the The Doctor from Star Trek Voyager saying, "Please state the nature of the medical emergency." It's just a preprogrammed greeting that they can't vary. Until now, that is. Oh, and they have legs now, too!
Legs, in Japan you may see a character checking to see if a presumably killed character’s legs are visible. Apparently ghosts can’t make their legs visible.

Generally, unless it’s a particularly high-powered campaign, there are few problems that can’t be solved by a deity that’s willing to intervene personally. The hard part is usually persuading the deity to directly intervene in the first place. However, Shondella doesn’t seem the type to demand that heroes go on a lengthy quest in order to free some of her worshippers from imprisonment, and other gods can’t complain that she’s unjustly interfering in the mortal world when the tablet has been brought into her realm directly. So… Krtak!
In fact, it’s likely that Shondella already knew why they were there, and only asked out of politeness.
Stardrake, I think the heros bringing the tablet to her qualified as the lengthy quest. In this case it is the right thing to do. All be it, there are probably some bound spirits that should not be freed. There could be an errand she may need them to run later though.
I was actually being envious. I really, really need a friendly and cooperative goddess in my life right now. I actually greatly enjoyed that ‘KRTAK!’
SGT Lewis: That was part of my thinking. They liberated the tablet from a powerful white dragon’s lair and brought it to Shondella’s realm. Since their request is also a selfless one, that’s probably enough. Any favour Shondella might ask would be more “while you’re here…” than a condition.
