Not much to talk about today, folks. I'll be taking this coming Monday off for Memorial Day here in the States, as my wife is planning on making a brisket, Texas-style. Ain't no way I'm missing out on that. :)
Have a good weekend, and I'll see you all on Wednesday!
Take care,
~Rob

Share the brisket!!!
Selfish B…erh…fine fellow.

Oh, Jaine, if he wasn’t emotionally compromised you wouldn’t have had the apprentice…
Hey wait,..Elves do not give Love lightly [in my opinion],…. they may care for another,….marry them even,… but the idea that such a long lived race gives Love lightly is kind of odd. If Jaine’s Dad loved her Mom then there is nothing on Earth, in Heaven, or in Hell that would stop him from going to her. Something tells me he cares for Jaine’s Step-Mother and she him [or maybe its just a political marriage and they just do not dislike one another] but he loved Jaine’s mother so yeah he would get emotionally charged if he knew where she was,….. and things in his way would get magically obliterated,…lol
Huh. Seems my earlier comment didn’t get posted after all…
Anyway, the gist was that Noral might have sent the apprentice BECAUSE he was emotionally compromised, not in spite of it – for him, Jaine could be far too much of a reminder of her mother, especially since she’s followed her mother’s path into the bardic arts instead of her father’s into wizardry.
Definately don’t need a love crazed elven mage rampaging across the country side. Best just to take the info and find your mom.
Anybody else getting a jealousy vibe? Stepmommy doesn’t want a certain bard back in hubby’s life!
