I forgot to give you all the weight loss update on Monday. Last week went pretty well, for the most part.
SIXTH WEEK
- STARTING WEIGHT: 284.8 lbs.
- CURRENT WEIGHT: 273.0 lbs.
- WEIGHT LOST: -11.8 lbs.
Slowly but surely. I actually prefer losing the weight slowly for a number of resons:
- It means that it will stay off longer,
- I won't be working out for 4 hours every day trying to sweat all the weight off,
- It will give my skin time to heal and shrink, hopefully avoiding the need for skin removal surgery.

Rematog is right. The guy does look like Jonathan Frakes, a.k.a. Riker or Xanatos. It’s a good look for a roguish character.
Curse you Mike Lewis,…. I have been trying to avoid seeing Frakes in that face….lol. Now I hear it in my head in that cocky Xanatos voice. I do have to ask though does anyone [other than me] “hear” the characters voices in their head? Like Dhur I hear Michael Clark Duncan,… Becky I hear the Mother Leprechaun from “Magical Legend of Leprechauns”[characters name is Mary Muldoon], for Ch’ip I hear Steve Bushemi, and for Jaine I hear Alyson Hannigan,…no idea why thats just what I hear as I read their lines,…lol

I didn’t hear those particular voices before FSilvermane. Now I do. The new guy still has that magical glow about him. I am not sure that’s his true form.
