So, how did everyone do surviving Ragnarok?I had a mild charlie horse when I woke up that morning, but I think that's the extent that the Midgard Serpent made its displeasure known. Besides, Thor seemed to go through Ragnarok at least every other year in his comic book and the world turned out fine each time. Twilight of the Gods, I counter you with the House of Ideas!
Looks like I need to modify the schedule somewhat to have update days be on Tuesdays and Fridays, as the Monday & Friday schedule just placed them too close together and was getting hard to maintain.
See you Friday!

Woke up a little sore, other than that the army was moving slightly faster and more efficiently.
Ah sending the gullible against a powerful foe. Let both sides weaken themselves and move on.
Except Val’Dhar is the elven kingdom, if I recall correctly, and unless I’m missing something, Jaine last left Val’Dhar on reasonably good terms (certainly not mortal enemies) and has confidence in the Val’Dharran military. She’s not sending Cheef to distract a more powerful foe. She’s sending them into what she confidently expects to be a totally one-sided massacre with no casualties on the other side.
Possibly because I have a vague feeling that Val’Dhar is on the other side of the rift everyone’s scared of, and she doesn’t expect any of the kobolds to actually REACH the elven nation.
That, or it’s Jaine herself that’s under mental influence.
Ah, so it’s a Crown of Gullibility. That should make things rather interesting should Cheef survive.
You do realize, of course, that the new Tuesday-Friday gap is just as short as the previous Friday-Monday gap, right? 😉
@Futbol13, only if the probability of discipline with regards to work is equal for the weekend and the midweek.
Thought about that…lots of variables involved there. When balancing the need for other activities (or lack thereof) on weekends with the other responsibilities of weekdays, I figure for most of us it’s pretty much a toss-up; Rob’s individual situation may tip the balance one way or the other!
Besides, when publishing a webcomic, I’m not sure how much is “discipline with regards to work” as opposed to “having time amid other responsibilities to do that thing you really enjoy.”
Either way, keep ’em coming when you can, Rob–we’re enjoying the ride!
