OK, I totally \”Awwwww…\”-ed out loud at this one

Again, for a paladin she is so selfish

Rob on December 15, 2018 @ 8:21 pm

@Yoshi I don’t see it like that. Remember, she’s still new to this whole “holy warrior” gig she got roped into.

@ Yoshi,
Not really. Apart from being new to this as Rob points out, she probably feels that the possession of something a deity gives you is a matter of stewardship. That hammer is not hers. It’s Moradin’s. He lent it to her for a reason and that reason would not fulfilled if she were to hock it for quick funds no matter how worthy the reason that she was spending the money. In fact from the stewardship angle it would probably be an act of embezzlement. So I’d say she’s thinking the right way.

One critical difference between her situation and Ch’p’s is that Yondella gave the robes to Ch’p as a no-strings attached gift so in his case the stewardship angle really doesn’t come up at all.

You left out, “no, you shut up” at the end there, Rob (in your comment immediately under the comic). :/

I have a feeling that iOun is going to be the next party member once Jaine gets all her info put in. There is no way something like that won’t be sentient in this world.

@Strykor There you go again, giving me ideas…;)

Rob on December 19, 2018 @ 6:04 pm

@Yakumo Eh, no one’s perfect. 🙂
